In other news…I drove for the first time in five weeks today! And it was OK!

I regularly use doTerra Essential Oils to help with my wellbeing. I have been a wellness advocate for them for about 4 years but apart from personal use, I have not really promoted them for a while.

During lockdown I relied on my oils a lot. For calming and grounding, for cheer and help with sleep. And during some recent health challenges I turned to doTerra for my health supplements and experimented with other oils to keep me going.

And I swear by the On Guard Hand Sanitizer!

A couple of weeks ago I attended their European convention online and have been reminded of the many reasons why I joined the company. I am feeling re-inspired by their ethos, their passion and their beautiful products. So I think its time I started sharing again!

So I will be sharing a different oil each week and some of the other products that I have recently discovered.

We have a new product just released in the UK. I tried this at the spring road show and it is amazing! On Guard is one of my favourites and this little spray is handy to pop in your handbag. What I loved about it compared to other hand sanitisers is that my hands did not feel dry after using it, unlike others I have tried! Available for £6.50
