What a bunch of utterly awesome humans - we may have varying abilities in doing "jazz hands" but boy, do we know how to Massage! The Association Gather 2026 was an utter delight and although the rest of the course photos are still being processed THIS one was prioritised for us (thanks, Vicki!)

The Gather. Ha-lle-lu-jah!

It's always a privilege to be in the training room with fellow therapists, and the Gather is pretty much the peak. Therapists who I started training with, therapists who have only just started their journey with 4Elements - and everything in between. AWESOME. I'm still very much integrating everything that happened but, well, wow. Thank you all.

Mimi Ness sums it up beautifully:

“It was a great opportunity to connect with fellow therapists and feel supported by the Association. As always, we had lots of massages and revisited some strokes. Great two days receiving, giving and sharing. Just love it!!”

I. Love. This. BOOK!

Don't be fooled by the "written for children" angle: everything in here applies to humans of any age. Plus, having been written for children, it's clear, simple - and fun to read.

The first time I read it it totally blew my mind - there's SO MUCH in here which us "grown ups" would take thousands of words to explain. But Rachel Brian (of Blue Seat Studios) has combined her brilliant artwork with her outstanding wordsmithery to bring it to us in a phenomenally accessible form.

If I could, I'd grant a physical copy of this book to everyone on the planet. As I'm not quite Dolly Parton* yet in the book giving stakes I'm doing the next best thing: telling YOU all about it :)

How much to charge for your treatments?

MASSIVE topic! It's also one with as many options and opinions as there are humans, almost ;)

Which is why we've developed a tool which is an excellent way to work out what the LOWEST you can charge in order to both cover your costs AND reach your target income.

This isn't necessarily the price you'll charge (the tool also talks about additional factors which are much more personal) but it's an excellent starting point.
