..and if you don't, I'll come back to this on a day I have a few more minutes! Popping this up just before day two of the first module of Mastery 2026 kicks off. That's a bit of a mouthful!

It came from a conversation I had on Friday and oh my, Mastery 2026 is one of the shiniest, bestest examples of this sentiment I have ever had the utter privilege of holding space for.

I'm so immensely grateful to have a place, Mastery and the wider 4Elements Community, where the hope, the commitment, the passion (and so much more) in my own very core can be held and shine - just like the flame in the Olympic Torch for the Olympic Spirit.

Just this week I had someone looking for a therapist in Norway - and, alas, I had to say we didn't have one! I could at least offer details of our fully certified 4Elements Touch Therapist & Instructor, Erika of Beyond Massage over in Finland...but I do understand that's not quite "next door"!

Let's talk...ARMS & HANDS!

**Yours**: every Zero Strain Massage treatment will be massaging your OWN tissues, especially your arms but your hands as well. You may be "working" but you're benefitting as much as your clients. Healing Syngery: love it!

**Your Clients'**: if you've been on our FULL BODY training you've already got some great tools for working the arms and hands. The 3-day FULL BODY training gives you the foundations to work Zero Strain for the rest of your career and to explore new possibilities within the Zero Strain Massage framework. But that can take a while!

Our short courses, like our 1-day ARMS AND HANDS course (May 16th), focus on particular themes. They give you more lovely resources in your "Massage Toolbox" - supercharging your development and the options you can offer your clients.

Resilience. Widely used - truly understood?

One of the biggest things for me about resilience is the benefit of having MULTIPLE ways to build and maintain my resilience. Touch has an awesome role to play - what else works for you?

This snapshot captures part of an artwork I visited at Jupiter Artland. This is a whole sculpture / artwork park, yet this one offered me calm, stillness, reflection (literally and metaphorically) and is a memory I will return to. To learn from, to reflect on, to draw strength from.

I hope you have a whole host of things that make up a robust resilience for you! And whether you do or not: may you enjoy finding new ones. /Tigger

Has your SPAM filter gone into overdrive?

We've had cross-industry reports (& experience) of spam filters getting a bit over-eager recently, and preventing legitimate emails from reaching inboxes. Not good!

It's always worth having a look through your Spam box about once a month (they tend to delete messages older than a month) but right now we'd recommend doing it at least weekly.
