The retreat is Friday 12th September 4.00 to Sunday 14th at 4.00
If anyone can make it to these dates
I am offering the whole retreat, staying over, all food included and a fantastic experience!

Hi I have 2 places left for the retreat on 7th to 9th March.
The king sized bed bed is still available and a shared single bed.
I have changed the prices to king size £400 and single bed is £300.
This includes staying over for 2 nights, with an option of an extra night on Sunday ( free)
All lovely vegi food.
All processes and healing sessions included.
I hope 2 women choose to dive in…..you won’t be disappointed! 🥰

This message is to any woman who really want to change something that seems to be;

Stuck in some way.
Often a recurring event or emotion.
Feel unable to do anything different.
Hold a strong desire to heal painful aspects of the inner child.
Is aware of the shadow self and how this is often hidden from us, but can disrupt our lives.

If any of these things resonate with you, I want you to know that awareness leads to change and working in a group of likeminded women, can be a powerful group that can support and enable the desired change.

This isn’t a self help group, it isn’t a self love group, it isn’t a pamper group.
It is a very powerful group for change.
I have been a therapist of over 20 years and recently my passion is to help women, in a group retreat setting or individual therapy.
The tools I use are direct therapy, inner child work, shadow work, intuitive truth, clarity and loving kindness to all.
These processes are delivered in a deeply empathic way and the results have been beautiful and profound for all of the women who have attended these retreats.

Latest retreat is happening on 7th March from 4.00 pm 2025 till 9th March at 3.00pm. There is a chance to stay over on Sunday evening to assist your travel arrangements.
I have a beautiful cottage arrangement with lots of space in Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria.

Hello to the Divine Sisterhood, which is welcoming and helpful to all women who want to change their lives.
I will be holding a retreat from 4.00pm on 7th March to Sunday 9th finishing at 2.00pm, with an option to stay over till Monday.
There are only 6 places in a lovely spacious cottage in Kirkby Steven, Cumbria.
We will do some very deep work as we heal some of our shadow selves.
We will expand our sense of who we really are and our love for ourselves and the sisterhood.
There will be meditation, beautiful music, gorgeous vegetarian food and lots of yummy connections and heart opening joy and laughter.
So welcome to anyone who feels the call. Prices range from £350 to £450 depending on the room or bed you choose.

Hello and welcome to my new page.
This page will hold all of the information about my upcoming retreats in 2025.
I have held retreats before but these have a very different energy.
My description would be:

The healing of the inner child and its unresolved pain.
The dissolution of the ego’s internal and unhelpful and toxic dialogue.
The expansion of our spiritual and natural selves, which is rooted in love.
The leaning into the sisterhood which will support your clearing and awakening.

I held my first retreat in the Lake District in a little village called Soulby and I had 7 women participating. It was an amazing and truly spiritual event. Such bravery, such gentleness, and so much love.

I will soon post some reviews from these women, so that you can better understand what this work is about, from their perspective.

I do hope to see some of you attend these Soul healing weekends, joining our sisterhood page, also the private page for retreat attendees to continue to access the support of the sisterhood.
