We're looking for some more toys for our play rooms! In particular, role play bits, so police kits, dressing up, any dolls or doll clothes etc. if you have any your children don't use anymore or know where to find them, please send us in their direction! We'd be forever grateful! 🧡

We thought it was about time we re-introduced ourselves on here as we've had a few new followers and enquiries! Welcome! First up is Emily!

"I have always been passionate about working with children, and throughout my life I have always found a way to be creative with children. From nannying, to teaching music, to performing, I've known and seen the benefits of this. Now, my passion lies in helping families and children navigate hard situations through supporting and holding space.

The Rainbow Hub feels like such a special place to be a part of, and I'm so proud to be able to share this space with other brilliant practitioners to bring together a whole new energy of wellness!!"

🌈 Offerings available at The Rainbow Hub 2026 🌈

We're so excited to be able to open up more spaces for therapy at the new hub in Morecambe. We currently have limited availability for all therapies for immediate start, however we do expect these to fill quickly so get in touch asap if we can be of any support to you!

We offer, play therapy, creative arts therapy and filial therapy. For more information about these we have saved reels which explain in much more detail about how they help, and who they might benefit.

🌈 Regulation at Twixmas 🌈

This strange period between Christmas and New Year can feel hard at times. The house is a bit of a mess, there's no structure or routine to the days, lots of socializing and general chaos! There comes a point when we all need a bit of a reset and to re-regulate our nervous systems!
