🌈 The Rainbow Festival 🌈

Look at this!!!! 😯 Our very own animation!

Tickets are selling, so make sure to get yours asap!

We have so many wonderful practitioners sharing their skills and knowledge during the day, including:

⭐ who will be leading 3 classes on the day! She's there for all your yoga and fitness needs!
⭐ who, along with her partner Chris (who was the creative genius behind the video!) will be leading our breath-work class. Janie will also be offering massages throughout the day in her Zen-Den!
⭐ .violet21 who will be leading a gorgeous family sound bath to finish our day.
⭐ .sen.den24 , , , will also all be with us to share the knowledge and the services they offer locally!
⭐ and , aka Emily and Charlotte, will of course be there and will be offering creative connective classes, a.visualisation and a talk on the services to offer.

🌈 The Rainbow Festival Timetable 🌈

It's finally here!!! Our list of classes for the festival. We're so lucky to have some absolutely brilliant practitioners working at the hub who will be showcasing their magnificence in these classes. More details will follow this week about our wonderful facilitators, but for now, to help you book your times, here's when everything happening.

10 - 10.30 - Beats and Breath
11 - 11.30 - Yoga to the Beat
12 - 12.30 - Sculpt and Strength
1 - 1.30 - Children's Visualisation
2 - 2.30 - Family Yoga
3 - 3.30 - Sound Bath

Throughout the day, there will also be our Cosy Coloring Club, parent/carer connection through art class and so much more. We also have a short talk on what play therapy is all about and the therapeutic services offered at The Rainbow Hub.

We will be joined by some brilliant local children's support professionals including .sen.den24 and so many more. As well as some nourishing treats from and !

✨ Room transformation ✨

With the playrooms taking priority, this room has been the last one on our list to fully complete! Over the last few weeks we have been working to create this space into a multi use environment. So far we have held lots of workshops, training sessions and it has been a space hired by local business to promote their services for children and families!

We are so proud of the transformation of this space and can’t wait to add more to it! However it feels so warm and welcoming already 🫶🏼 We have had a few people enquire for this space, which can be hired for workshops, training sessions, information events and on an ad-hoc basis!

🌈 An Introduction to Filial Therapy 🌈

We are beyond excited to share our first joint workshop at the hub. Emily and Charlotte are teaming up to bring parents and carers an evening of learning, all based around how to understand our children's behaviors, connections and play! With over 2000 clinical therapy hours between them, they have an abundance of knowledge to share how to bring in simple therapeutic ideas to your everyday. We can promise you, with our own experience, this won't add to your already busy days, this will make it easier!

With drinks and biscuits provided, take an evening off bedtime (if you can!) to learn all about the real power of play and connection. This is an adults only workshop.

We are SO excited about our first festival to celebrate all the wonderful offerings we now have at the hub! More details to follow! 🧡🌈

We are SO excited to share the date for our official opening of the full hub, and first festival on Saturday 9th May. More details to follow, but be prepared for plenty of classes, music, treatments, family activities, views to die for and so much more!!

We're gathering everyone who holds space in the hub together to bring you wellness, joy and connection through all our offerings. We can't wait to share this with you!

🌈 Easter Workshop 🌈

It's that time again for our next workshop. This is a time for all children to come and take some time for themselves to create, move and enjoy interacting with others. These workshops are always so special and true friendships are formed throughout. They're a safe space for individuals to express themselves and enjoy being, just them!

🌈 Free Information Session 🌈

We're so excited to share that THIS Friday, the 20th march we have Toni and Judith from Mind Map Focus at the hub to present all the information you need to know regarding ADHD and ASD assessments in our local area. They will share their wealth of knowledge and hopefully be able to answer any questions you may have. We understand what a hard process this is for any parents/carers.

🌈 Happy Internation Women's Day 🌈

Today, we want to celebrate the incredible women we see and work with everyday. The women who come to the hub, the mothers, the daughters, the girls, the sisters, aunties and so many more!

Women are powerful and when lifted up and celebrated can do wonderful things! Even when things seem set against them.

We're so lucky that the hub to filled with powerful, creative, inspiring and magical women! Emily, Charlotte, Christina, Janie and Sara! How lucky are we!
