Andrew John Taylor (Andy) of Moreton-in-Marsh passed away peacefully at home on 14th March 2026, aged 64 years.

Loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. Andy will be missed by his family and many friends.

Today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate the incredible women who are part of the funeral profession.

For generations, this industry was largely male-dominated, but today women are leading with compassion, strength, and professionalism in every role — from funeral directors and embalmers to arrangers, celebrants, and support staff.

Today we recognise and thank the women who continue to shape the future of the funeral industry with care, courage, and heart.

Brion John Tanner of Bourton-on-the-Water formerly of Clapton-on-the-Hill passed away at home on Tuesday 24th February 2026, aged 85 years. Devoted Husband to Rita, loving Dad to Caroline, Stuart and Charlotte and a much-loved Grampy and Great-Grampy. Brion will be sadly missed.

A Funeral Service will take place at The Vale Crematorium, Fladbury on Friday 27th March 2026 at 12 noon.

A wonderful review received today, thank you to Lewis and the team 🙏

From start to finish Julie and her team were amazing, Lewis organised everything for us and he was the nicest person you could meet, kind, caring and patient, he gave so many words of encouragement when you worry if you are doing the right thing, I decided to help carry Dad at the last minute and all the team reassured me I could do it and we're so kind, Lewis goes above and beyond and even helped me put the cakes out for after the service. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart, you were all amazing xx

If you are unable to attend the funeral on Wednesday 4th March, 11 am at Oakley Wood in the North Chapel, you are very welcome to join the family at Little Compton Bowls Club for refreshments following the service.

Susan Ann Burns ‘Sue’ formerly of Moreton-in-Marsh passed away at Witney Community Hospital on 5th February 2026, aged 76 years. Loving Wife of Mick, much loved Mum to Nick, Nan and Great-Nan. Sue will be missed by her family and friends.

A Funeral Service will take place at Oakley Wood Crematorium in the North Chapel on Wednesday 4th March 2026 at 11.00 am.
