“I DON’T DO SPORTS, CAN I STILL HAVE A SPORTS MADSAGE?”

YES!

Believe it or not I get this question all the time, you don’t have to participate in sports to have a “sport massage”. Massage can help relieve muscle aches, increase flexibility, reduce pain, help with past Injuries and ease strain from day to day tasks just to name a few.

If this sounds like something you could benefit from then pop me a message.

A Sports Massage is £40 and will last approximately 1 hour 15 minutes to allocate time for consultation forms, any queries you may have, postural assessment, treatment plan, massage, stretches and post treatment debrief.
