Deep Tissue Sports Massage works deeply to relieve chronic pain, restore natural movement, improve flexibility, and support your body’s natural healing process after injury. Deep Tissue Sports Massage can help those with chronic pain, increase range of movement and muscle flexibility and help those with injuries. Sports Massage can also reduce the chance of getting injured through proper stretching of the muscles using certain techniques, and can shorten recovery time between exercise or training. Whether you are a keen gardener, enjoy walking, running or cycling in your spare time, compete at an amateur level or are just in need of a deeper massage, Sports Massage can really benefit YOU. The first appointment will include a consultation so will make up 10mins of your treatment time.

🌿 Sports massage isn’t just for hardcore gym-goers or athletes with medals on the shelf. If you’ve got a body (and I’m guessing you do), you’ll probably benefit.

Think of it as a reboot for all the stress, stiffness, and those “I’ll just put up with it” aches you’ve been carrying around. I’ll loosen the tight bits, get you moving better, and remind your body how good it can actually feel.

Alongside that, you’ll find a safe space, a no-judgement therapist who swears a lot and definitely doesn’t do sugar-coating. If you’re after someone to pat you on the back and tell you everything’s fine when it isn’t, you’re in the wrong room. If you’re up for honesty, real results, and maybe even a laugh (or a cry) while we work things out, then I’ll welcome you with open arms.

And if it turns out this isn’t your thing, or the swearing isn’t your vibe 😉 that’s okay too. There are plenty of therapists out there to suit your needs, and I’d happily recommend some amazing ones I know.

Still undecided? Here’s the truth, the only regret most people have is not coming sooner. Book the session, give yourself a reset, and see what all the fuss is about. I’ve also heard (from very reliable sources) that I’m pretty awesome at what I do too 🤪

✨ A little about me…

In March 2023, I lost my dad to cancer.

Fast forward to Jan 2024, after weeks of feeling quite poorly along with a burst eardrum, I finally went to the doctor. She checked my oxygen levels and said she needed to call an ambulance. What?!

I didn’t go to hospital (mom life) but went home with strict instructions to rest and take antibiotics. The first lot didn’t work, the second did, but the speed I went from “ok” to really sick shook me.

That, along with losing Dad, was my wake-up call. My big, enough is enough moment.

I could carry on justifying an unhealthy (but “fun”) lifestyle… or take radical accountability for my health.

I chose the second option.

No fancy tools, no secret gadgets, just the knowing that ONLY I am responsible for me.

Since then, I started fasting, overhauled my diet, reduced my toxic load, quit booze (and smoking), and committed to exercise, meditation, plant medicine and energy healing.

I’m now in the best mental and physical shape I’ve ever been, and that transformation is why I’m so passionate about helping others feel good in their bodies too.

Losing Dad was one of the hardest thing I’ve faced, but also my greatest teacher. He’s taught me more in death than he could in life. I believe everything happens for a reason, even if we don’t choose the reason.

So yes, use all the fancy tools if you want. But I promise you, with willingness and want, you can change your whole life from exactly where you are. I am living proof of this!!

Here’s to health. To real JOY, the deep, raw, lasting kind.
And to becoming who we truly are, one day at a time. 💚

Sit with legs stretched in front of you. Hinge from the hips and fold forward. Let your knees soften. Reach for your feet, shins, or let arms rest.

Seated or lying down:
• Drop your ear to one shoulder
• Gently roll your head across the chest to the other side
• Add 5–10 slow shoulder rolls backward and repeat 5-10 rolls forwards

Lying on your back, hug both knees in. Slowly circle your knees together 5–10x in each direction.

🌀 How to:
On hands and knees (or leaning on your bed):
• Inhale: arch your back, lift chest + tailbone (Cow)
• Exhale: round spine, tuck chin + pelvis (Cat)

Before you even get out of bed, try this amazing twist to wake up your nervous system and gently hydrate your spine.

🌀 How to:
Lie on your back, bend both knees. Let your knees drop to one side while your head turns the opposite way. Breathe deeply. Hold 20–30 seconds, then switch sides - it’s as easy as that. Repeat as often as you like.
