Patient appointments for covid & flu vaccinations are available to book. Text message invitations have been sent out, and telephone calls are being made to the list of our eligible patients.
We are also offering various dates for FLU only clinics
We have a long list of patients we are working through we have plenty of appointments & vaccines, if you would like to call to make your appointment please call 01608 650317 option1 after 11am

We have a register of housebound (not transport bound) patients who have previously received their vaccinations at home. If you are newly housebound please call the surgery after 11am to be added to our list. We will be arranging visits later in the month.

Protected Learning Time – Practice Closure
Please be advised we will be closed on the below date and time:

Date: THURSDAY 13th November 2025
Practice: Four Shires Medical Centre will be closed from 12:30pm
All staff will be completing mandatory training.

In the event of a medical emergency please call 999, go online to NHS111 or call 111 for advice.

North Cotswolds hospital Minor injury unit is open 8am-8pm or Moreton Pharmacy are able to offer advice and over the counter medication.

We will reopen Friday at 8am.

Invitations have been sent out, we are in the process of contacting patients that do not have a mobile number on their record. We are offering a joint Covid / Flu Clinic on Saturday 11th October and Wednesday 15th October. We also have additional Flu only clinics.
