I’m so excited to share that I’m moving to a beautiful new space! Kat has poured so much love, care, and intention into creating this studio. You can feel its warmth and healing energy from the moment you walk in.

Some shifts come with perfect timing, and this one feels exactly aligned. I know this space will be a deeply supportive home for yoga to be held and shared, and a truly sacred space for you to come and connect, release, and flourish 🌸🩷🧘🏼‍♀️

Join me for a deeply relaxing evening designed to prepare your body and mind for restful sleep 💤

Our practice begins with gentle, restorative Yin Yoga poses, focusing on deep tissue release and nervous system soothing. Following this, you will be guided through a Yoga Nidra session (an ancient technique of yogic sleep) to journey into a profound state of relaxation. Mindful breathwork and meditation techniques will also be integrated to deepen your sense of peace and calm 🧘🏼‍♀️

After the practice, I invite you to stay for a social space where you can connect with others.
