This is one of the most popular sessions. For 75 minutes, itβs designed to gently prepare your body and mind for deep, restful sleep. Weβll start with slow, restorative Yin Yoga to release tension and calm the nervous system, and then move gently into yoga nidra (know as yogic sleep) to help you deeply rest. I can promise you itβll be the best nightβs sleep youβll have afterwards!
