🌼 Spring isn’t always easy for those living with asthma 💔

While many of us welcome brighter days and fresh air, spring can actually be one of the most challenging times for people with asthma.

A combination of triggers can create a “perfect storm” for flare-ups:
🌿 High pollen levels from trees and grass
🌦 Sudden weather changes
🍃 Mold spores in damp air
🦠 Lingering coughs, colds & viruses

All of these can irritate the airways, making breathing more difficult and increasing the risk of asthma attacks.
