I have been a firefighter for 30 years. The last 5 or so I have struggled with weight and fitness.
I hope to build up a library of my trials and tribulations highs and lows, but hopefully just highs,during my last 12 months of service.
If I can motivate 1 person to try and be better or happier, then these videos have done their job.
My first video is me recently passing (quite well) my last fitness test. I lost 2 1/2 stone on Keto, and trained hard for 3 months to get to that stage. And it was still tough.
I’m going to carry on training and lose a bit more weight so I will hopefully get a few more vids up, possibly go live on the treadmill with the tunes blasting out. Feel free to play them, even if it’s listening to the tunes 🙌🙌 and please follow as if I get more followers I can go live while I’m training, which would be good.
I know “fat fireman” isn’t really PC, but, at the end of the day I am one, hopefully not for much longer.
