On Friday, our Connectors were present at the West Kirby Concourse as part of their roadshow, to engage with the community and discuss how we can support individuals with their health & wellbeing, and ways in which to make positive improvements!

We spoke to plenty of people on the day. 🙌

Today, we are outside the Green Hut in Moreton as our last stop in the tour! If you see us, pop over and have a chat to learn more about how we can support or to discuss funding that is available for grass roots community groups that are looking to put a new idea into fruition, that will benefit the local community. 🧡
