We want to share a huge thank you to our wonderful Community Care Assistant, Debbie Rigg, who went above and beyond for one of our dementia clients. 💛

After a long stay in hospital, our client’s hair hadn’t been cut in quite some time – something that had always been so important to her. Knowing this, Debbie, who is also a trained hairdresser, took the time to style and cut her hair just the way she used to wear it. ✂️✨

This thoughtful gesture not only restored her appearance but also lifted her spirits and brought comfort to her whole family, who were deeply touched by Debbie’s kindness and empathy.

For this, Debbie has been awarded our Moments That Matter Award – a well-deserved recognition for the difference she makes every day. 💐🥂
