What an amazing weekend we had at detox 🩵

Saturday we were at the bay in absolutely wild conditions, well done to everyone who braved the sea, including the girls from that we collab’d with in the morning 🌊🥶

Sunday we had our amazing collab with & with our brand new ice bath from 🧊 We can’t wait for more events like this one!

We know how busy the lead up to the busiest time of the year can get so we wanted to put our opening hours out now so you can plan in your sessions 🗓️

The water & weather is getting colder, but the sauna is only getting hotter. We are so excited for the next few months and we hope you are too! 🌊🥶♨️🔥

Please note we have lost a weekend at the end of November (29/30) and in the middle of December (13/14) due to the way the daylight hours & tide times have aligned.

100 DIPS IN 100 DAYS ❄️🥶🧊

Hey guys,

I’m embarking on a bit of a challenge over the next few months to complete 100 cold dips in 100 days.

Starting today and finishing with the Boxing Day dip on 26th December.

Being completely honest, since opening detox I kind of lost my love for cold dipping a little bit as I’ve always been too busy setting the sauna up, running around and managing everything whilst we’re open and then by the time we’re finished for the day I’ve been absolutely shattered 😅

However, over the last few weeks I’ve loved seeing all of you with smiles on your faces coming out of the sea and getting into the sauna and seeing how much joy it brings to people, alongside the amazing physical & mental health benefit, it’s safe to say I have a surge of motivation again 🙌🩵

Looking forward to some brutal times ahead! I’ll be at Leasowe Bay most days, if you ever fancy joining, just give our page a message!

What a weekend at The Bay! ☀️🌊 Huge thanks to everyone who joined us — the sauna was buzzing, the dips were chilly (even my mum braved it 🥶💙), and we loved seeing first-time paddleboarders out on the water 🏄‍♂️✨

The air and sea are definitely getting cooler now, but that just makes the sauna even better… step in, warm up, and you’ll never want to leave 🔥

We’re back open next weekend, make sure to book on early as it’s going to be a busy one with the morning high tide! 🌊
