Hi, welcome to Aice Nutrition! Im charlotte and began my health and wellness journey back in April 2024, feelong sluggish, missersble and not the best for my kids . Since then I have lost around 5 stone, over 130cm around my body and reduced 6.5 units of harmful fats from around my organs. I am still on my journey for a healthier me but im loving it and want to help others achieve the same.

How?
By following a personalised plan, making better choices with food, having something every 2.5- 3 hours, being more active and lots of support from my own coach and community.
