At 48, weighing more than 34st (215.9kg) and feeling like he wasn’t living life to its fullest, Kenny recorded a goodbye message for his family after being put on a 'do not resuscitate' order by his doctors... but instead he chose to turn his life around and rewrite his story.

Skip to today, and he’s lost 22st (139.7kg) and has been named Slimming World’s Greatest Loser 2025 🏆.

It’s a beautiful sunny day today but we can’t help but feel a tinge of sadness on the back of the news of WW facing bankruptcy 😔

As Slimming World Consultants, we know the value of what local community support means, not only in our lives but the lives of all of our members.
It’s what we do best at Slimming World ❤️

We strive to give the very best support alongside warmth, care and fun in our groups 52 weeks a year.

We simply cannot imagine how, as a leader or a member, it would feel to have that vital support for success taken away 😔

At present, we don’t know what the future holds for WW leaders or members but what we do know is, we would welcome anyone affected by this devastating news into our Slimming World groups with open arms ❤️
