Our studio timetable offers calm, intentional movement and mindfulness in small groups, with a focus on quality, nervous system regulation, and sustainable wellbeing. Classes are taught in a supportive environment, with space to move, breathe, and build confidence at your own pace.

🧠 Mindfulness Meditation for High-Performing People Monday 7pm (6 Week Structured Course - Online)
A structured mindfulness course for those living and working in high-pressure environments.
Build focus, emotional regulation, and sustainable performance without burnout.
🧘♀️ Yoga for Strength & Resilience - Tuesday 12:15pm (In Studio)
A steady, strength-focused yoga practice supporting mobility, stability, and nervous system balance.
Strong, grounded movement without overwhelm.
🌙 Yin Yoga & Meditation - Tuesday at 7:15pm (In Studio)
A slow, calming practice combining long-held yin postures and guided meditation.
Designed to support deep rest, recovery, and nervous system down regulation.
