Looking back on this last month has made me so grateful for having my own business. I’ve seen how many memories I’ve made with the girls this month and I’m so grateful I was able to take the time off to do that!

Wimbledon
Big girl graduating from her school nursery and moving on to a brand new school for reception
Full clinics for the second half of the month
Partnering with for skincare following passing my prescribing qualification

Forever grateful I get to do this as a job and thank you all for trusting me with your faces!

I’m Sophie, an Independent Nurse Prescriber with a passion for helping you look and feel your absolute best.

I qualified as a nurse in 2018 and have worked across hospital, community, within the NHS and most recently in forensic nursing. Today, all of my time and expertise is devoted to my aesthetics practice — where safety, natural results, and your confidence always come first.

This year, I completed a Master’s level degree in Non-Medical Prescribing, meaning my services are now even more streamlined and my practice as safe and evidence-based as it can be. I’m known for my “less is more” approach and I’m not afraid to say no to treatments that don’t align with my ethos of enhancing — not changing — your natural beauty.

My clinic is based in the heart of Morpeth, inside the lovely Morpeth Health & Beauty Rooms — and yes, it’s a top-tier people-watching spot!

Outside of work, I’m mum to two beautiful daughters. I genuinely love what I do, and as the saying goes:
“Find a job you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life.”

My favourite treatments? Full-face transformations and that magical moment when someone sees their results for the first time.

Have you heard the news!!!

I’m so excited to tell you all that after lots of hard work including completing a portfolio of evidence, a case study, a reflective account, a numeracy exam, a pharmacology exam and 90 hours of practice I HAVE PASSED my Masters level level qualification in non-medical prescribing.

So as soon as my pin is updated with the NMC I will be an Independent Nurse Prescriber. I am so so proud of myself!

This is going to be so amazing for Aesthetically So and as ever will help me to achieve bringing you the safest treatments. Now to go and do my Level 7 in aesthetics 😬😬 or maybe I’ll have a little break first.

16. Submitting all of my work to finally become a nurse prescriber!! 🙌

I’ve never done one of these before but now I look back on those 31 days and see how much I have crammed in. I am trying so hard to create a healthy work/life balance and looking back on this month makes me realise it’s happening!
It’s very easy to feel like you aren’t doing enough whether it’s enough work or enough down time with the kids! I know I don’t post enough but I do that to be more present with my family but I always feel guilty for one or the other 🤦🏻‍♀️

Very much looking forward to June now and to get you all Summer holiday ready 🙌

The start of a new journey 🥰 my absolute favourite thing to do is start a new journey and keep checking back for results along the way. Here we are prepping for a big holiday in February and we have started with some dermal filler. We have together designed a treatment plan for the coming months and I cannot wait to look back at the end of the year to see the difference we have made. The best is yet to come! Can you tell what we have treated so far?
