✨HELPFUL POINTERS✨
Few things to consider while doing absolutely any exercise-
1️⃣Mobility
2️⃣Flexibility
3️⃣Stability
4️⃣Activation
Aswell as making sure you have good form, these 4 pointers are also very important to consider & people tend to neglect these. Especially flexibility, in reality who has time to stretch before every session? I won’t lie I don’t but it’s not something you can fully neglect because overtime it may cause issues in the future.

So, abit of advice for all those going back to the gym on Monday, take your time, perfect your form & don’t go full steam ahead with the weights, your body will not be able to cope with the weight you could lift beforehand, trust me you don’t want to come out with any tears or strains a couple of days later 👌

Ask yourself these questions🔽
1️⃣Can I execute the exercise effectively?
2️⃣Does my knee wobbly? If so, is it lacking stability?
3️⃣My ankle is feeling a little stiff in the downward phase? It is lacking mobility?
