✨ New at The Watson House Clinic – Mindful Movement & Meditation ✨
Starting Wednesday 4th February, we’re delighted to welcome Aly from The Mind Department to our studio for a calming weekly evening class.
This gentle session blends slow, intentional movement with seated or lying-down meditation and body awareness practices. There’s no pressure, no goals, and no intensity — just space to breathe, reset, and reconnect your body and mind.

💷 £10 per session or £45 for 5 (valid for 2 months)
📍 Studio at Watson House
Suitable for all abilities. Chairs are available and movements can be adapted for seated practice. Just wear something comfy and bring a blanket if you’d like to feel extra cosy.
Aly has been practising mindfulness for five years and qualified with Mindfulness Now in 2025. After 15 years in the corporate world, she followed her passion for nurturing wellbeing and now teaches across Northumberland.
