When you come to LIFE, for body, energy & sound healing, you receive a nurturing experience from the moment we connect.

I prefer to work closely with a small number of clients... usually up to only 3 clients day, making sure you are fully seen and heard, while also looking after my own energy to ensure I can offer you my very best.

I love getting to know my clients properly, taking our time to tune into each other, and to explore all the ‘tools’ in my kit to help you ‘unpack’ and unlock all those ‘filters’ you’ve put over your eyes to protect yourself and to survive.

I’ve no interest in having a 'huge' business... I’m happy in my corner of the world, impacting the lives of those who resonate. I don’t aim for 1000’s of ‘followers’... I aim for meaningful connections with those whom I can help the most.

In fact, my client’s often gift me so much, too. It’s an energy exchange, and we grow together.

Success to me is adventuring through the woodlands, bathing in Light, and connecting with nature and animals. It’s the smiles and peace on the faces I witness when you leave LIFE after an hour to yourself. It’s finding the beautiful balance between work and play, having time to adventure, and expand myself. It's moments of stillness and finding as much joy in my day as possible.

There is no competition in my world.... we all need different frequency healing, different practitioners, at different times in our lives... many of my clients pass through after regular monthly sessions... upgraded and heading onwards in their journey. Many of my clients become friends.

I have helped clients with stress and anxiety, fertility issues, grief and bereavement, confidence, sleep problems, menopause, headaches, navigating life, aches and pains, trauma release, digestive issues, as well as many other issues.

I love to help you life your best life. 🙏🏼 It’s a privilege to work with you.

Sound Healing continues to help support my well-being in so many ways, and it truly brings me so much joy sharing our experiences together. 🧡

In our busy, modern world, it can feel like our energy and attention is scattered all over the place. 🥴

Sound healing offers us the opportunity to take an hour for ourselves, to invite our energy to come back to us, to rest our busy minds, and to relax our tense body. To return to calm and stillness. 🙏🏼

Sound healing can also improve our focus and sleep... gift us clarity, balance our entire Being, as well as give us the opportunity to acknowledge and feel all of our emotions and experiences, releasing the things that keep us feeling low, sad, not good enough etc, and welcome more positivity into our lives. 🧡

The first image is of me on 19th July 2019....

It was my first ever encounter with a Gong! 😍

I didn't know just how huge an impact receiving this Gong Relaxation would have on my life, but even just sitting in the same room and looking at the instrument pulled me in and took me somewhere far away. 🌌
