For several years now, I’ve had a daily gratitude practice.
It began with a simple app and reminders on my phone each morning and evening, inviting me to write down three things I felt grateful for — and, just as importantly, why.
The why became essential, anchoring each observation and deepening my connection to the emotions behind it. And while gratitude now flows naturally throughout my days, there is something equally powerful about intentionally writing it down at specific times — a practice I’ve recently felt called to return to.
Over time, this way of seeing has reshaped how I move through the world. Gratitude became a habit, gently rewiring my nervous system and neuroplasticity — something I’ve been exploring more deeply through my Shamanic (SKY) Kundalini teacher training.
One thing I am deeply grateful for every single day is the privilege of working with my clients. To hold space for them as they journey inward, to witness their full humanity, and to take such joy in their transformations is truly an honour.
Recently, one of my dear clients gifted me a poem they had written for me. It brought me to tears (and does each and every time I reread it) — a reminder of the quiet power of the Tree of LIFE, and the gentle yet profound presence it offers as together we create a sacred space for deep soul rest, healing, and recovery. 🌳
I felt the need to share it and they agreed I could! 🤍
To you — thank you from deep within my heart. Thank you for your words, your reflection, and the care you poured into this gift. It touched me deeply and will always stay with me. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
