Housekeeping Supervisor (Maternity Cover)
Location: Brinkburn (rural location – own transport essential)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Pay: £14 per hour
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at a busy rural venue, initially covering a period of maternity leave. There is the potential for a permanent role following the maternity cover for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will oversee housekeeping operations across 5 holiday cottages ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising up to 5 property turnarounds
Maintaining consistently high housekeeping standards
Cleaning the main accommodation and venue areas
Carrying out quality checks and resolving any issues
Supporting and supervising the housekeeping team as required
Organizing staff rotas
Ordering linen and stock
The ideal candidate will:
* Have previous housekeeping experience.
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisation
* Be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
* Hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle due to the rural location
