This year has well and truly flown by! With Xmas just around the corner and the holiday season being busy for a lot of us, please remember to take some time for yourself- are you in need of some acupuncture?

Many people ask me 'does acupuncture hurt'...many points you won't feel at all when they go in. Most people find their treatment very relaxing and actually fall asleep!

Did you know you can pierce a balloon with an acupuncture needle and it doesn't pop?! Amazing ey!

***Cosmetic facial acupuncture***

What to expect in a facial acupuncture treatment-

After an in depth consultation the session always beings with a body acupuncture treatment where fine needles are placed in the body (arms, legs, hands and feet) these points are used to rebalance your body and promote health. You will already begin to feel very relaxed. Before facial points are needled I use facial suction cups to promote blood flow and circulation. The facial acupuncture needles are are even finer than the body points, these are placed in specific points on the face that will help to body to heals itself and produce collagen. Patients report that their complexion looks brighter and clearer and more plumped. Then very tiny intradermal needles are then placed into fine lines with tweezers. You will then unwind enjoying the peace and feel calm and relaxed.

Many of my patients have seen some amazing results, one patient said 'I always feel less crinkled after my facial acupuncture session'.

Hello to all my lovely patients!

Sorry its been a long time since I've posted. I've been adjusting to busy life with a baby and a toddler! 😅🤣 We are all doing well!

I just wanted to touch base and let you all know that I'm still on maternity leave and plan on being back in the clinic in the Autumn.

I'm just starting to put the feelers out for a clinic space to work from (as you know i used to work from home) I would really appreciate if you know of anywhere in or around the Morpeth area to let me know please 🙏

Good morning, I hope you've had a lovely Easter! 🐣🐰

Just a little update on my booking procedures. From today I will be taking a 50% deposit for all of your treatments. This can be paid upfront via bank transfer.

Unfortunately I have had a number of people not turn up for their treatments or have cancelled at very short notice so I have been unable to fill their treatment slot.
I understand it cannot always be helped but please try and give me at least 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel or rearrange your appointment. I have had to turn a number of people down for appointments which sadly they could have had these missed appointments if I had been given more notice.

Good morning all, Happy Friday!

I've just seen a new patient for her 2nd treatment today, she has had a fantastic response to her 1st treatment! Restless legs have improved dramatically, usually getting up 5 times per night now down to once a night. Feeling much better in herself, energy levels improved and feeling more like 'me'.

I just wanted to share this with you all.

Acupuncture is truly amazing! It feels so good to see people improve and get better. Absolutely love my job! 💗
