Hello lovely Parents and Carers here. Have you had time today for stretching activities? Exercises do need need a dedicated time, make use of daily activities like bathing, dressing etc to do exercises.
Let exercises feel like fun and not to be associated with torture.

Poor positioning has long term effects on the posture of children.
Children with complex needs have very limited to no movents at all throughout the day at at night. Through proper education, carers and parents play major role in preventing bad postures that come as a result of poor positioning.
Pay attention of how your child is positioned in
1.Lying (including sleeping at night)
2.Seating
3.Standing
What are the common deformities that come as a result of poor positioning?

Lying support
Seating support
Standing support.
