✨ Meet the Heart Behind the Healing ✨

I’m a dedicated Acupuncturist with over 7 years of professional experience in acupuncture and 20 years in holistic bodywork, supporting people to feel better in both body and mind. My work goes far beyond treating symptoms — I focus on the whole person, creating space for healing, balance, and lasting wellbeing.

I trained to degree level at the Northern College of Acupuncture in York, where I developed the knowledge and skills to blend traditional wisdom with modern understanding of health and wellbeing.

I’m passionate about helping people manage pain, reduce stress, improve sleep, restore energy, and reconnect with themselves in a world that often feels overwhelming. Whether someone is struggling with chronic tension, burnout, anxiety, hormonal imbalance, or simply feeling “not quite right,” I’m here to listen, support, and guide them back to balance.

What matters most to me is making people feel seen, heard, and cared for. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, which is why every treatment is tailored to the individual and their unique needs.

✨ What is Moxa (Moxibustion)? ✨

You might have heard of acupuncture… but have you heard of moxa?

Moxa, or moxibustion, is a traditional therapy where a dried herb (mugwort) is gently burned near the skin to warm specific acupuncture points. Don’t worry—this isn’t painful. It creates a deep, comforting heat that penetrates into the body.

It’s all about warming, moving, and restoring balance.

Let’s be honest… meditation isn’t all “woo woo,” incense, and sitting cross-legged in silence for hours.

Most people I speak to feel one of two things:
👉 “I don’t know if I’m doing it right”
👉 “My mind is too busy for that”

And here’s the truth… there is no perfect way to meditate.

Meditation isn’t about emptying your mind or becoming instantly calm.
It’s about noticing what’s already there — the busy thoughts, the tension, the restlessness — without judging it.

You don’t need to chant.
You don’t need to sit in a certain position.
You don’t even need to feel relaxed straight away.

In fact, a lot of people feel:
• Restless
• Emotional
• Impatient
• Or like they’re “failing”

That’s not failure — that’s awareness. And that’s where the benefit begins.

✨ Over time, meditation can help you:
• Feel less overwhelmed by your thoughts
• Improve sleep
• Reduce anxiety and stress
• Create a sense of space in your mind
• Feel more grounded in your body

I’m thinking of creating a beginner-friendly meditation circle — no pressure, no expectations, and definitely no “you must do it this way.”
