A magical day to you all. So we have a second full moon in May (a blue moon). I'll be holding a crystal grid gathering on Thursday 28th May 6.30pm at Acklington Village Hall (in the main hall). Direct message me at Jade Steel for information on how to book/pay. I can only reserve your spot once payment has been made (as it's difficult to keep track otherwise).

For anyone new to grid gatherings here's a bit if information:

It's a relaxed evening of meditation, community, and creating crystal grids to welcome in the full moon.

Gathering includes:
- A cardboard crystal grid template
- Crystal chips to create your grids with (you take the chips and the template home with you)
- A meditation to relax us into the session
- An opportunity to play with various crystal cleansing tools/methods
- An intention meditation
- Guidance on creating, activating and deactivating grids, as well as other crystal grid information

You may bring your own crystals to work with (in addition to the gemstone chips provided). A list of crystals (that we will be working with) is provided to attendees a few days before the gathering. However, you can just bring the crystals that call to you or your favourites!

The next relaxation and meditation session will be 11th April at 2.30pm to 3.30pm at NU.U. Amble. There are 7 floor spaces (lying/sitting on a yoga mat) and 3 chair spaces (if you prefer sitting in a chair). Please state your preference at the time of booking. A typical session includes:
- Guided meditations (written by Jade)
- A simple calming tapping exercise to release tension (soft tapping of acupressure points on the head, face, and upper torso)
- A positive visualisation exercise.
