Good afternoon people!….
I have decided to start hypno-meditation sessions on a Wednesday evening in bedlington (start date/time tbc)

It will be delivered in 6 week blocks with a strong emphasis on trauma, using breathwork and bilateral release during sessions, deep meditative stillness and powerful hypnosis!

This is perfect for those whom may find private therapy expensive or wish to be part of a community!

There is no loosening of delivery…the sessions will be effective and healing which aim to reduce/eliminate triggers, anxiety, stress, unhelpful thoughts, sensations and symptoms of ptsd!

If you would be interested in this please reach out (DM me) or engage with this content and I will create a list which I can engage with in a personal level within session and on a personal basis.

Please note….this is a therapy session, therefore I will discuss how you will still have access to my support outside of the healing room!

The sessions will be £10 per hour….but whilst you are on 6 week programmes you have constant support from your therapist!
