⭐ WEEK ONE RESULTS ⭐

Over the moon to pick up my half stone award this morning, one full week of Food Optimising and 7lbs gone in just 7 days I am so chuffed!

Went back to doing what I know works best for me, got some brilliant inspiration from group last week and it's paid off in spades, here's to the next award!😉💪

⭐ SPEED FREE SENSATIONS ⭐

After my grand return to group as a member yesterday, I really wanted to get straight back on track with filling up on at least 1/3 plate of Speed Free Food with every single meal - that super low calorie food that is so good at boosting weight loss!💪

So I used the brand new Caramelised Onion Sausages that I picked up from Iceland, made a quick mash and all my favourite speedy veg - roast carrots, red cabbage and broccoli - and then proceeded to drown the whole lot in a homemade leek & red onion gravy... even more Speed Free Food!🥕🥦🧅

Sat down to catch up on a bit of admin tonight before our first groups of 2026 this week, and had a little helper intent on getting involved too - it's Chica's world and I'm just living in it!🤣

⭐ FRESH START ⭐

I know I'll not be alone with 2025 not going the way I'd hoped with my weight loss but that doesn't mean 2026 has to be the same... so I was up bright and early this morning to join a group as a brand new member and then straight to Iceland for a stock-up!🏃‍♂️

⭐ FEEL REAL GOOD IN 2026 ⭐

We are achieving amazing things every single week at our Coltness and New Stevenston Slimming World groups and with all the exciting updates to our eating plan, our activity support programme and our glowed-up group format, 2026 is shaping up to be the best one yet!✌️

In 2025 we saw 7045lbs lost (that's over 500st/3000kgs!🤯), over 60 members achieve their dream Target weight🎯 and over 70 members achieve their Club10 award - losing 10% of their start weight and celebrating the fantastic health benefits it brings!🤍

🎄 A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎄

Hope everyone had a brilliant day yesterday, we certainly did and we didn't even get out of our pyjamas, it was fab!🥰 We didn't have a traditional Christmas dinner yesterday and we missed it, but luckily we had a Festive Feast from our most recent Slimming World Kitchen box waiting for us tonight!🤤

We spruced it up with some cranberry sauce, pigs in blankets and stuffing (it is Christmas after all!😉) and it was absolutely amazing - now bring me the cheeseboard!🧀😍

Groups are running as normal next week, and I can't wait to start gifting our brand new Essentially Slimming World books to our members as we start to focus on 2026 - just call me Santa Claus!🎅

⭐ FESTIVE FEASTS ⭐

It might have been another crazy week for me but if I can't control all the crazy things going on in life, the one thing I can control is my Food Optimising choices and Slimming World Kitchen has been a life-saver yet again!👌

Tonight was a Herby Chicken Pie packed full of speed free food, topped with a creamy mustard mash and with some super quick air-fried broccoli on the side😍🤤

⭐ BACK IN BUSINESS ⭐

Ok so the last few months have not been the best, so much so that I landed in hospital for 3 days last week which was absolutely terrifying and a real reality check - so I took a week off, rested and recharged and while I'm not quite back to my best I'm a million times better than I was!🤞🤍

Slimming World Kitchen has been a real life saver since coming home! It's taken the thought and stress out of supermarket shopping & dinners to have everything I need to make some amazing Free Food recipes delivered to the door - tonight it's this smoky pulled pork carnitas bowl with sweet potato and it's absolutely sensational!🤤

Loving that while I'm on the road to recovery I'm able to keep my Food Optimising firmly on track - even managed to sneak some avocado in there in anticipation of our new Healthy Fats choices coming in January😉👌
