Slimming World Motherwell with Eileen A warm and friendly group of successful Slimming World members who follow our Food Optimising plan w Welcome to our Motherwell Evening group.

We meet every week - yes 52 weeks a year on Thursday evenings at 5.45pm in The South Parish Church in Gavin Street. As we are a relatively new group and it would be lovely to meet you if losing at least 7lb is on your lifestyle changes list. With Slimming World's food optimising plan you can make small changes to see you achieve your chosen Target Weight. Enjoy everyday foods adapted to suit your

taste and join fellow Slimmers who will encourage, inspire, motivate and support you through your weight loss journey. Come along and join us we are keeping a chair free for you. Eileen & Lorraine xx

Meet our group Two Together Competition Winners Ruth and Roslyn.
As you can see the girls are sisters and they followed their mum Helen's decision to join our Thursday night slimming world group.
Helen joined the group and succeeded in gaining her Target award on the same night the girls were crowned our two together winners.
Ruth joined first and achieved her first Target of 1 stone just before Christmas but decided recently to change her target and is 4.5lb off of her new Target having gone down two dress sizes. Ruth and Helen inspired Roslyn to join the group 4 weeks ago and in that time has lost 11.5lb and has already dropped a dress size
Although the family support each other outside group - inside the group the support continues to others who reciprocate the support.
The group community is all about sharing hints, tips, recipes, food reviews, supporting each other, making new friends and all in a safe environment filled with fun and no judgement.
Congratulations Ruth and Roslyn from our group member.❤️❤️
If you would like to join us there is no need to pre- book BUT if you have any questions about food optimising or the group format please get in touch.
