Yoga is back 🙌🏼

Starting Tuesday 14th, yoga is back into the weekly schedule.

If you've been thinking about trying it but waiting for the "right time" (spoiler: there isn't one), this is your sign.

Yoga and Pilates complement each other beautifully - Pilates builds that deep core strength and body awareness, while yoga adds flexibility, breathwork, and a different kind of mindful movement.

New to either? You're exactly who these classes are for. Both practices meet you where you are - shaky muscles, tight hamstrings, and all. That's the whole point.

Check the timetable in the photo for days and times. Whether you're joining us for yoga, Pilates, or both, we've got you covered.

A lot of people wait until they feel “fit enough” or “ready” - but the reality is, you don’t need to be either.
