I thought about all the self-care activities I could list here… but the truth is, self-care doesn’t have to be anything big!
It doesn’t have to be a weekend by the beach castle hunting (although this was amazing ✨).
It can be taking a few minutes to breathe when we notice we are rushing from one thing to the next 🌿
Meeting a friend for a walk, a chat, and a laugh 👯
Saying no to something when we feel tired or overwhelmed 🛑
It’s in the little glimmers - appreciating the sunshine ☀️ , enjoying your favourite coffee ☕️ , or getting a cuddle from your pet 🐶🐱
My favourite part of self-care is learning to be kinder to myself - and supporting others to do the same. ✨
