Alchemical Flow My name is Aisha, through Breath and Body I'm supporting to reconnect with Voice of the Heart I work on the level of the body, energy and emotions.

My dream is to inspire people to live more free life, to show them, that we can be healthier, we can be calmer, we can be happier. What I would love to share with them is my presence, touch, my deep knowledge of human body, my deep connection with breath. I like to inspire and guide them to be able to experience their true nature. Using my love for traveling, where I get the inspirations leads me

🌿 Touch of Balance Massage® is a bespoke treatment for each and individual person. The treatment is primarily based on my knowledge of human body from Systematic Kinesiology. When we release the tension, we allow the body to self-regulate and go back to the balance.

What a lovely sign of spring – a little lizard shedding its skin. For me, spring is the time when nature awakens, a period of rebirth and shedding the old. In Chinese Medicine, it’s when warm yang energy rises from the earth, energising plants and promoting growth. Everything celebrates surviving winter and the start of new life. I’ve also learned this energy isn’t very stable so it’s important to be careful and gentle with yourself. I didn’t follow my body’s natural rhythm and spent five hours gardening non-stop. It’s a learning curve, though! 🤣

It’s been a few days since my trip to Scotland, and as I’ve been integrating the experience, one theme keeps coming back - connection, communication (as a intention of the workshop and essence of ) plus my personal journey of equilibrium and flow.

Together with Paula, we facilitated three workshops for deaf children and their parents. It was a deep reminder that communication goes far beyond words. We meet each other through felt sense, through the nervous system, through presence. And breath plays such an important role here - it becomes a guide to our inner state and a bridge between people.

I knew this on some level before, but experiencing it in this context felt like a real privilege. Being in the presence of deaf participants brought a different depth to it - more awareness, more listening, in a way that doesn’t rely on language.

At the same time, I noticed something about myself. How easily I go into “full body listening” - trying to understand everything not just with my mind, but with my whole system. It’s a beautiful capacity, but also one that can become draining when I don’t stay aware of my own limits. A simple example was trying to tune into the Scottish accent with my entire being 😉 and after a while, I could feel the fatigue.

The lesson for me is to keep coming back to myself, notice when I need a pause, sometimes not give all of my energy away in the name of being present. Because, again, it’s about balance - giving and receiving, effort and rest, yin and yang. And this trip was all about this - working and having so much fun, trying new things (it doesn’t mean I liked them - Irn Bru is something I will definitely not touch again 🤣 ), going for a walk and visiting new places. But most of all - laughing like crazy… in the end laughter can activate so many good things in the body!

Conscious touch has become an essential part of my own journey with Breathwork. Experiencing it firsthand showed me how powerful and regulating it can be, how creates a sense of safety in the body, opens breathing spaces, and allows the breath to move more freely and naturally. When touch is present, fascia can soften and release, and emotions that have been held for a long time often find space to move through rather than stay stored in the body.

Over time, I noticed how much of a difference conscious touch makes not only in my personal sessions, but also when I facilitate Breathwork for others. It supports people in staying connected to their bodies, feeling held, and trusting the process more deeply. The breath becomes less forced and more responsive, and the body begins to guide the release in its own timing.

This is why Myofascial Energetic Release in the UK with feels so aligned with my experience. The module Opening the Breath, Thorax & Diaphragm focuses on refining the natural rhythm of breathing through focused, hands-on work with the rib cage, spine, shoulders, and neck - areas that directly influence how freely we breathe and how much tension we carry. The techniques support fluid movement and energy flow, offering a practical way to work with both physical and emotional layers.

For anyone curious about deepening their relationship with breath, touch, and the body - whether for personal exploration or professional practice - this training offers a grounded and supportive space to learn. There is something deeply magical about clothes for me. They don’t just cover the body, they can transport us into a different time or space, or simply offer comfort through a quiet, resourcing touch. For a long time, I noticed that when I choose what to wear, I’m drawn first to how something feels rather than how it looks. I need clothes that don’t just sit on my body, but ones that gently hold me, cover me, and softly caress my skin.

Over time, I realised why this matters so much to me. Our skin is our largest organ and the main way we connect with the world around us. In Chinese medicine, it’s connected to the Metal element and is sometimes described as our “third Lung” - our armour, our essential container, our boundary between inner and outer worlds. On a spiritual level, Metal supports our ability to recognise our true nature, our inner gem. When this element is compromised, we can lose touch with our own value and start searching for validation outside ourselves.

For me, restoring this element is about reconnecting with Po - the animal soul - our intuitive, embodied, sensate awareness. It’s a return to felt sense through the skin, to presence rather than thought. One of the ways I love doing this is through touch-based practices, like bodywork such as MER, which works slowly and deeply across all layers, allowing my system to soften and settle. Another, simpler way is through consciously sensing fabrics on my skin like these beautiful kimonos from Get Naked Underneath , letting the texture remind me where I end and the world begins.

In these moments, clothing becomes more than something I wear. It becomes a way of coming home to my body, my boundaries, and a quiet sense of worth that doesn’t need to be proven but only felt.

Woda to żywioł głęboko związany z emocjami, intuicją i podświadomością. Symbolizuje przepływ, zmianę i możliwość oczyszczenia tego, co już nam nie służy. To również przestrzeń transformacji – kiedy pozwalamy emocjom swobodnie płynąć, otwieramy się na nowe.

Have you ever felt like, over the years, you’ve lost that childlike sense of happiness within you?

When I look back at old pictures of myself as a child, I always seemed grumpy. Now, I understand that it wasn’t just a mood—I was navigating deep emotional turmoil with no one there to guide or support me. As the years went by, I became more serious, and the weight of those emotions only grew heavier.

But lately, I’ve started noticing a shift. I find myself getting excited about the little things around me and feeling truly grateful for the gifts life offers. My perspective has changed—I’ve begun focusing on the good things happening rather than dwelling on fears or potential problems. Growing up, my home emphasised what could go wrong or what to be afraid of, rather than celebrating the positives. I only got attention when I was struggling, not when I was succeeding, so I never learned to feel gratitude with my whole being.

Last night, though, something magical happened. I went to the Christmas market, and for the first time in so long, my whole body felt alive with joy—just like a child seeing Christmas lights, sweets, and sparkles for the first time. In that moment, I realised something beautiful: it’s possible to reclaim that part of myself I thought was lost forever.

Healing is possible. It may not always be simple or straightforward, but it is possible.

It’s time to release our mothers, to let go of any expectations for what they may not have been able to give us.

To instead nurture the loving, caring presence within ourselves.

To treat ourselves with the same deep respect, compassion, and tenderness that we may have always longed for.

It’s time to meet ourselves in the places where others couldn’t.

For me, it took time to realize that I could truly let go and find in myself what I once sought from others.

It took years of feeling, releasing, and healing. I’m still on the journey, but each step now feels a little easier, a little more at home.

Even as the last leaves fall, autumn still blooms with colours, tastes, and fragrances that remind us of life’s natural ebb and flow.

This season of grief and letting go invites us to look inward, to journey through the spiral of the year with introspection and acceptance.

Change and impermanence ask for courage. They ask us to release what no longer serves us, to welcome resilience, and to open ourselves to the flow of IN-SPIRATION.
