Meeting yourself where you are, focusin on what is actually realistic and not bein a w**k to yourself motivates more joyful action than shame 🫢

So so so buzzin to finally open oor big field gate for our 2025 round of Fitness on the Farm!!! πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸšœ

Watch me still be jumpin aboot that field shoutin "easy days", making "5 more seconds" turn into 15 and pantin like one of my pups whilst demonstratin the circuit because I LIVE for this class.

Truly the best group of folk who make you feel like one of the troops the second you come in that gate or meet them at the bottom of the road. We're so excited to have yous this year πŸ’›πŸŒž

No such thing as a daft question so fire a wee comment or DM if you're feeling that nervous belly but want to come have a wee carry on with us whilst gettin fitter.
