One of my favourite hings about folk is that we're all different so here's some common bits I love to love for other people but canny get on board with as part of my own life.

When the world is as heavy as it is now, especially if you are someone with a strong sense of justice and empathy, it can become automatic that we fall into difficult habits.

If your own life feels a bit out of your control with work, or living arrangements, or changing relationships etc, it can also be a prime time for body and food control to sneak up.

It's natural to consciously, and unconsciously, seek to control the controllable. But it's not always helpful. So here's some wee tweaks to get you started 🫶

The first grid post in a whiiiiile cause 80+ of you answered the poll saying you struggle with SAD or SAD type symptoms.

These are a few of the things I'm doin these 'ber months to look after my brain and body and reduce the slumps.

Meeting yourself where you are, focusin on what is actually realistic and not bein a w**k to yourself motivates more joyful action than shame 🫶
