Carla has achieved a total weight loss of an incredible 5 stone 13.5lbs making simple, sustainable changes 💪
By swapping full-fat ingredients for healthier alternatives – like using Frylight instead of oil, choosing sugar-free drinks, and focusing on lean protein to stay fuller for longer – the weight steadily came off, without giving up the meals she loves 🍽️
Carla’s favourite? Steak with homemade chips, fried mushrooms and tomatoes 😍 Proof that following Slimmimg World means enjoying real, satisfying food – not deprivation.
After being told she had fatty liver disease due to her diet, a recent scan has shown her liver is now back to normal – a complete reversal 🙌
