🌹 Had the best ever first time Reiki experience yesterday. I must admit I’m rather a challenge actually sitting still and switching off is somewhat difficult. Almost immediately I felt as though I was floating, my senses became awake. I had a dream like vision of beautiful Forrest’s and streams of sunlight pouring the trees, butterflies everywhere illuminating the air. I then had a weird sensation hot pins and needles from my feet all the way through to my face and suddenly I had a vision of my Mum, when she was well smiling at me. Immediately after I was back in the forest I had the glimpse of a beautiful Angel . So powerful. I am actually totally surprised by how much I actually experience on my first ever Reiki . Thanks to Josephine Starseed Byrne, I now have faith

🌹 One of the most important aspects of being a healer is to look after ourselves. Taking time out to re-energise , heal, nourish and nurture. So that I can be provide a wonderful healing experience to my clients. I recently had a profound reiki treatment from a fellow practitioner- Josephine at Gemini Arts. 🌹 On Saturday I had a Reiki treatment with Josephine. It was very relaxing and felt very looked after and comfortable. A few days on I now feel like I have a lot more energy as if I have had a detox. Thank you Josephine I will definitely be booking another one xx
