Time to Reset – Welcoming Spring
As the clocks move forward and the light begins to return, you are invited to a calming and restorative Crystal Sound Healing Meditation — a space to pause, reset, and gently realign with yourself.
Spring is a natural time of renewal. As the season shifts, this session offers an opportunity to release winter heaviness, restore balance, and step forward feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
Through gentle sound and vibration, you’ll be supported to:
Relax deeply and settle the nervous system
Let go of stress, tension, and overthinking
Reset your energy as the season changes
Reflect and set gentle, grounded intentions
Take time just for you — no pressure, no expectations

This session is a quiet invitation to slow down, listen inward, and care for yourself.

Mats, eye masks (if needed), and water provided

Please bring your own blanket and pillow.

This can be quite acceptable to some, but it doesn’t account for the continuity of character traits which seem to pass from on life to another.
