Last week saw us stretching, reaching to the sky in our sun pose and reaching out over our babies in swan pose, either way these moves are great for releasing tensions, whilst stretching out not only your babies but your back muscles, here’s some of our wonderful mummy’s doing just that. ☀️ 🦢

Gentle mum & baby yoga helps strengthen the bond between you and your little one while encouraging your baby’s physical development through movement, touch, and interaction. At the same time, it supports mums by improving flexibility, easing tension, and creating a calm moment to reconnect with your body after birth.
Our sessions are relaxed and welcoming — you’re free to join in as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. It’s a lovely space to move, breathe, and enjoy special moments with your baby while meeting other mums too.
