Good morning, you may already be aware that there are ongoing mobile network issues in the area. This is having an impact on contacting patients for appointments and sending messages to collect medication. We are doing everthing we can to overcome this. Please check that you have signal to receive a call, or we may attempt text communication too.

Sorry, we’re carrying out some maintenance work in the area. We’re carrying out some essential work on our network. While we do this, you might have some trouble with calls, texts and data. Everything should be back to usual by 8pm on Friday 24th April 2026.
