The truth is that people believe they know you, that you're okay or that you're in a position where you're proud of yourself and optimistic about how things are going for you. They believe you're fine because they interpret things based on their perception and connect certain facts they believe they are comfortable with to paint a picture of you based on their vision, unaware that this is all an illusion.
Because you are aware of how exhausted you are from having so many thoughts racing through your head, you are weary of showing empathy, you are tired of being the one who understands, and you are tired of the weight you are carrying inside your chest so you only divert on particular things in order to survive. And if you make just one error, all the good things you accomplished in the past is lost forever.
Let people misunderstood you
Allow people to perceive you negatively and incorrectly.
You're living this life to be authentic and not to develop into a person who will meet everyone else's standards.
You know yourself and your reality, and that is a sufficient reason to walk towards hope.
Take a deep breath, and I believe you can do it. All of your faith and courage will be rewarded someday. It will make sense.

CANCER SEASON - CRYSTALS TO WORK WITH ♋️

Whilst today we have the Capricorn Full Moon (Supermoon), we are in the depths of Cancer season (the zodiac sign the Sun stays in around a month, and which forms part of our annual 12 month zodiac cycle).
Here are my personal favourites which I work with during Cancer season, and have either on my person (as an empath myself, I wear a Moonstone necklace and Prehnite ring all the time in fact!). I’m also working closely with my beloved Rose Quartz tumblestones, on my bed stand ✨🫶🏻

For me, as a Cancer moon, this really is the “season of the divine feminine” - a season where a lot of emotions rise within us, where we connect at a deep level to our intuition. The Crab, the sign of Cancer, reflects this; in nature, crabs protect their vulnerable selves with an outer, external hard shell, and use their sharp claws as tools to survive and navigate their world. We can learn so much from this, and I see myself in this way. Cancerians are reflected as defensive, but yet misunderstood for tough creatures who have a softer, easily wounded inner nature.

The Moon rules Cancer in astrology - a feminine sign (the “divine feminine”). This enables us to further understand the true nature of such creatures, like crabs, who are protective of their inner world, and in astrology, reflecting traits of deep intuition and connection to the watery depths of emotions and the world (the ocean). At soul level - Cancerians are amongst the most intuitive and empathetic beings of the zodiac.

These crystals help us to steer away from using our “claws” to keep the world at bay, and allow the emotions to lead us into what needs healing, or can benefit our soul and spiritual growth in this life ✨🌙♋️
