The physical practice of yoga through a sequence of poses.

☾ Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a powerf

ul technique in which you learn to relax consciously. It is a systematic method of introducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

༄ Pranayama

Pranayama is a practice which aims to balance and control the energy within us and our internal systems (nadis) through the practice of yogic breath.

❃ Meditation

A set of techniques to create conscious focus of attention.

❈ Conscious Movement and Authentic Movement Sessions

A from of self directed movement that helps us to unveil our inner emotions, feelings and mind through movement.

Welcoming the Celtic festival of Beltane 🌿🔥

A cosy, feel-good evening to mark the shift into summer and all the growth, light and abundance that comes with it.
We’ll move through a heart-opening yoga flow, followed by a guided 'fire meditation' inspired by traditional Beltane fire ceremonies to invite transformation and intention. Then we’ll relax into a soothing sound bath and finish by making flower crowns 🌸

(dried flowers & materials provided. Feel free to bring your own fresh foliage or flowers to add)

A space to slow down, connect & enjoy the energy of the season ✨

What to bring:
🔥 Comfortable clothes you can move in
🌿 Layers for relaxation (body temperature can drop)
🔥 Water
🌿 Yoga mat + blanket/pillow
(mats can be provided if requested in advance)

ONLINE SOMATIC YOGA & YOGA NIDRA THIS FEBRUARY

I’m offering two gentle, introductory online courses this February. These Introductory courses are designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and embodied awareness, all from the comfort of your own home.

✨ Somatic Yoga
Slow, sensation-led movement guided by how it feels rather than how it looks. A nurturing practice to release tension, build body awareness, and move with ease and choice.

✨ Yoga Nidra
A guided deep rest practice to help calm the mind, settle the nervous system, and support rest and integration. Practised lying down, no movement required.

🗓 Every Tuesday in February
🧘‍♀️ Somatic Yoga: 5:30-6:20pm
🌙 Yoga Nidra: 6:30-7:15pm

Hello everyone 🩷
This February, I’ll be holding a nourishing celebration for the Celtic festival of Imbolc — a time that marks the quiet return of the light and the first stirrings of new beginnings 🌱
This will be a small, intimate gathering, with limited spaces, as we move through gentle self-reflection and intention setting for the year ahead.
As usual, we’ll begin with slow, grounding somatic yoga and intuitive movement, supporting the body and nervous system to settle and soften. From there, we’ll move into reflective practices and intention setting, before closing with a calming sound bath, allowing your intentions to gently land and integrate 🙏🏻✨🌿

All levels are welcome.

Please bring a journal and pen, along with blankets and a pillow for comfort.

This winter session blends somatic yoga with a calming sound bath designed to support rest, regulate the nervous system, and promote physical, spurt and mental grounding.
This practice for anyone needing space to restore and reconnect during the colder months.

Somatic yoga is a gentle, mindful approach to movement that focuses on releasing habitual tension in the body. It uses slow, controlled movements to improve mobility, body awareness, and nervous system regulation.

The gentle sound bowl frequencies help ease physical and mental tension by encouraging the brain to shift into Alpha and Theta states, supporting deep relaxation and restoration similar to meditation.

Sunday 7th December • The Feel Good Factory, Abercynon • 6:30–8pm • £12pp

As some of the class will be lying down for the sound bath, be aware that when you enter a relaxed state, your core temperature naturally drops. So please make sure you have your layers that you can take on and off, warm socks, blankets, anything you may need to keep yourself cozy and toasty for the class and the relaxation during the sound bath. 😊 Very much looking forward to seeing you there ❤️

December is nearly upon us ❤️ here is the timetable for the upcoming month. December is absolutely a time of rest, to help us restore our Yang energy for the new year, putting yourself first and taking time to connect with the self, the body and the mind is so so important 🪷 come and join us for to see out the end of 2025 in self care style 💃🏻 We also have an extra sound healing and somatic yoga class on Sunday 7th December for £12pp if you'd like to join in for a proper nervous system reset 🙏🏻

As the seasons shift and the air cools, we’ll gather together to slow down, soften, and restore. This class will begin with a gentle hatha yoga sequence to release tension and prepare the body to fully rest — followed by a deeply relaxing sound journey with Tibetan singing bowls and chimes to help regulate the nervous system.

Bring along anything that will help you feel cosy and supported — a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, or eye covering.

Take this time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself before we move deeper into the darker months.
