I offer short and long-term counselling for as long as you feel that you need it. Some people take years, while others find they only need a few weeks, or months. The length of time you stay in counselling is entirely up to you and will be regularly reviewed. Person Centred counselling and psychotherapy offers a non-judgemental, safe place to explore and make sense of any difficulties you may have, in a calm and unhurried environment. The type of therapy that I work with puts you at the centre of your experience to enable you to find your own way through your difficulties.
