REFORMER PILATES SESSIONS ARE HERE!!!!

1:1 appointments can now be booked with Sarah, who is one of our Physiotherapists at the clinic.

We’re now able to offer 60 minute or 40 minute sessions and the fees are;

60 minute session £62
40 minute session £50

A 6 session package deal can also be purchased with a discount of 10% off when paying up front.

Appointments can be booked online via the website or getting in touch with us at the clinic.

We’re pleased to announce that Leena Lad will be joining the clinic at the end of this month. Having qualified in 2008 Leena brings a wealth of experience to the team and will be offering Saturday appointments at the clinic as of September 27th and her diary is now open.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

After a couple of weeks of not knowing what day of the week it is we can confirm that today is Thursday and the clinic door reopens for 2025 and we return to normal opening hours.

We would also like to say thank you to everyone who has supported the clinic throughout 2024 as it has continued to grow and develop.

The team is growing again and we’re delighted to announce that we will have Nikhil Parmar starting at our Mountsorrel clinic in the New Year.

Having qualified in 2009 Nik is another experienced and knowledgeable physiotherapist to join the team. Nik will be offering Monday evening appointments starting from January 6th.

We’re pleased to welcome Lorna Greenwood to the clinic who joins the team from today. Lorna is an experienced Sports Massage Therapist and also a qualified Sports Therapist. She will be offering Sports Massage treatments at our Mountsorrel Clinic on Mondays and Wednesdays. Welcome Lorna!
