Its knowing when to listen and trust what the energy bodies are telling you

Its knowing how to look for the root cause not treat the symptom

But mainly its listening, trusting and holding space for your body, your mind and your soul

A warm welcome to my page and a heart felt thank you for joining me on my journey. I believe we have much to learn and hope we can learn together but I do wish to share the knowledge I have gained.

I am a mother of 2 beautiful boys who challenge me daily they teach me in so many ways and I am truly in awe of them. My husband is so loving and supportive, we meet at a young age of 14 he has been my sound board and stability ever since.

My background is for the past 20 plus years has been hairdressing and beauty therapy. 10 yrs ago when i went for my 1st reflexology treatment at that time I was very anxious, not sleeping I was uneasy. My wise granny suggest reflexology un-beknown to me her and gran-dad were receiving monthly treatments. Well i just fell in love and my holistic journey began here...

My path was then filled with learning and came in the form of Swedish massage, Reflexology, Indian head massage, Hopi ear candling, Thai foot massage to name a few... I was lucky my own business for 7 years however I decided, honestly the universe decided for me as I wasn’t listening to signs they were sending me. I was so far into the fog I couldn’t see a path out for the much needed self care I was so desperate for! but keep putting off there was always something else that had to come 1st.. I needed to take a step back and start doing what i was preaching to my clients SELF CARE !......
