And that’s why we’ve created a 15 to 30 mins seated, express classes that targets the key areas of your body which are commonly impacted by long hours of computer work. These express classes will focus on neck, shoulders, wrists, back and hips.
And depending on the length of the class we offer some breathwork and guided relaxation at the end. What’s not to love?!
