🔴Red Light Therapy for Ilium Fracture Recovery

Our client came to us following a fall from a horse, which resulted in a fracture to the ilium — the broad, upper part of the pelvis. While these types of fractures typically require rest and time, we’ve introduced targeted Red Light Therapy (RLT) to support his body’s natural healing processes and help him return to mobility faster.

🔬 How RLT Helps This Specific Injury:

🦴Bone Healing Support
Near-infrared wavelengths pe*****te deep enough to stimulate osteoblast activity — the cells responsible for rebuilding bone tissue. This is key for a large, load-bearing structure like the ilium, which needs solid regeneration for future stability.

This client came in with shoulder tightness, restricted movement, and deep tension that had built up over time — something many of us experience from work, stress, or training.

Using a targeted combination of:
✔️ Deep tissue massage to release muscular knots

🔄 Why do we combine IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation), dry cupping, and massage?
Each technique targets a different layer of your body — and when used together, they boost results.

💥 IASTM breaks down adhesions, scar tissue, and fascial restrictions — it “resets” the tissue by stimulating blood flow and promoting cellular repair. The first photo shows increased blood flow on one side compared to the other. The second shows IASTM done on both sides.

⚡️Package Options:
🥉Bronze Package – Intro level.
60 minutes total (save up to £35 vs pay-as-you-go).
🥈Silver Package – Consistency bundle.
100 minutes total (save up to £60 vs pay-as-you-go).
🥇Gold Package – Full commitment.
Unlimited minutes (best value for money for serious clients).

⏳ Expiry Period
Packages are valid for 3 months (unlimited for 1 month) from the date of purchase.

🔁 Usage Flexibility
Minutes can be used in 10 or 20 minute sessions — based on your preference and goals.
Clients may book multiple sessions per week, subject to availability.
Gold clients may attend up to 4 sessions per week to maintain fairness and availability for all.

🗓️Booking & Cancellations
All sessions must be booked in advance via message or in-clinic.
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in deduction of session time or forfeiture of that session.
Sessions are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

💰 Refunds & Transfers
Packages are non-refundable once partially used.
Packages cannot be shared or transferred between clients (unless approved and agreed beforehand).

⚠️ Health & Safety
Red light therapy is generally safe and non-invasive.
A consultation form will need to be completed, please inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or photosensitivity concerns before starting.
Protective eyewear is available.

📈 Recommended Use
For best results, we recommend:
2–3 sessions per week
RLT works best when used regularly over time — pair with other treatments, movement, hydration, and recovery practices for maximum benefit.

📍 Clinic Use Policy
Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time.
Clients agree to follow all clinic guidance and staff instructions for safe and effective use of the RLT equipment.
