✨Whst a beautiful way to spend an evening ✨

Thank you to the wonderful ladies who joined us over the past 2 evenings.

As the light faded we shared a super relaxing floating sound bath, then enjoyed some grounding ceremonial cacao, chose oracle cards and sat together, reflecting and chatting until it was time to make their journeys home 😌

I hope you all had a restful sleep and that your days ahead continue with peace and harmony ✨✨

✨Feeling Grateful✨

So far this month, we’ve welcomed over 200 people to our sound baths in so many different locations.
This weekend was no exception with floating sound baths in Telford and Wolverhampton as well as a beautiful outdoor location in Shropshire for a private birthday booking.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and for taking that time for yourself to slow down, breathe and simple be in the space we created together.

We’ve had the pleasure of hosting Blue Fern Wellness sound baths at a variety of venues over the last couple of weeks…

✨Chetton Village Hall - A private event for a group of very deserving teachers and a relaxing start to their summer holidays
✨Wenlock Wellness Space - A double session for my regular ‘first Sunday of the month’ offering
✨The hay barn, Church Stretton - The most beautiful day retreat hosted by Amy Does Yoga & The beehive yoga studio
✨Kings School, Worcester - 2 x Floating Sound Bath sessions, welcoming many first timers to these very special events

In-between all this, there was even a trip to Ibiza to celebrate my daughter’s upcoming wedding.
Amongst the partying we still managed morning yoga with perfect sea views 🌊🙏

Such a busy but fulfilling couple of weeks spent with friends, family and the most amazing sound bathers💖
