🎄 Christmas & New Year Arena Hire 🎄

If you’d like to visit The Cavalier Centre over the festive period with your own horse – either on your own or with friends – our arena is available to hire.

👉 How to book:
• Visit www.cavaliercentre.org
• Go to the Facilities tab
• Select Arena Hire from the drop-down menu
• Choose your preferred date and time
• Select your options (jumps or dressage boards available)
• Choose number of riders any added accessories
• Enter your details and make payment online

If you haven’t attended before, please contact me before your visit so I can explain our entrance and exit process. Although the centre office is closed over the festive period, we are on site caring for our ponies.

🎄 A Very Special Christmas Gift 🎄

We were incredibly lucky to receive a very special Christmas present from Verity Corbett Dip PFS - Independent Financial Planner. of Croft and Oakes Chartered Financial Planners Limited

The Cavalier Centre was generously donated two planks and four purple poles for our new set of show jumps – a fantastic gift that will benefit our participants and visitors for years to come. We are proud to have the branded planks on permanent display in our beautiful arena.

On 24th January, the legend that is Geoff Billington will be hosting a masterclass demonstration in our arena… and yes, you guessed it – we would absolutely love to see him jumping over these very planks!

🎟️ Tickets are available via The Cavalier Centre page, and they are selling fast. This promises to be a truly fantastic occasion, full of fun, humour, inspiration, and world-class horsemanship.

🎄 Christmas Closure Notice 🎄
The Cavalier Centre will be closed from the 23rd December until the 6th January 2026.
The ponies have insisted they need their well-earned rest and are already preparing their stockings for Father Christmas. (Spoiler alert: they're all hoping for extra carrots and hay... again!)

🐴 A message from the ponies:
"Dear humans,
We've worked very hard this year being brilliant therapy ponies, and frankly, we're absolutely exhausted. We'll be spending Christmas eating, napping, and perfecting our 'innocent face' for when Father Christmas arrives.
We promise to come back in January refreshed, slightly rounder, and ready to give you our best work... as long as there are treats involved.
Merry Christmas from all of us at the Cavalier Centre! 🎅🥕
See you in 2026!

✨ An unforgettable weekend at The Cavalier Centre ✨

Our Christmas Extravaganza was nothing short of magical.
The incredible Outlaws Equestrian team put on a truly stunning show — beautiful horses, amazing costumes, wonderful music and storytelling that had everyone captivated.

They were an absolute joy to work with, and the whole weekend flowed so smoothly because of their professionalism and kindness.

We’re already counting down because we’re thrilled to say they’ll be back with us on the same weekend in 2026 for another breathtaking performance 🎄🐎

The most special moment came at the end, when our very own Stubbs entered the arena to thank the horses and performers. Seeing the smiles, the applause, and knowing how many people in the crowd have ridden Stubbs over the years… well, I’ll admit there was a tear in my eye 💛

Thank you to everyone who made this weekend so special.

✨ It’s a very exciting time at The Cavalier Centre! ✨

Our performers and horses have been hard at work rehearsing, and the show is looking absolutely incredible. Everyone has put so much effort into creating a truly special event to kick off Christmas at The Cavalier Centre 🎄

If you’re attending, please note:
• Please allow yourself plenty of time to park
• Wear flat shoes as the surface is sand
• Wrap up warm – coat, hat and gloves recommended
• Bring a cushion if you’d like extra comfort on our chairs

There will be street food available if you get peckish, and hot drinks on sale to warm your hands and your heart ☕

It’s going to be magical ✨
