Had the most amazing pamper session with Emm from Wellness Within last night. Exactly what I needed - foot soak & tea, whilst having my cards read - before foot, scalp and hand & arm massage - sheer heaven!! Who knew hot towels felt sooo good!🙏💖✨️

Join us Wellness Space to explore simple, accessible practices to help 🌿 Calm a busy mind 🌿 Ease stress and tension 🌿 Restore a sense of balance and resilience to support your wellbeing.

Each session focuses on a different theme, blending the timeless wisdom of mindfulness with practical tools you can use in your daily life. Sessions gently blend 3-4 guided meditations with time for questions, sharing, and discussion in a supportive group.

No experience is needed. Come as you are, whether you are curious to try meditation for the first time, or want to nurture an existing meditation practice within a warm community.

I am excited to share will be offering 1:1 Past Life Regression sessions at Wenlock Wellness Space on Wednesday 4th February.

People come to past life work when something in life isn’t quite making sense. It can be fears that seem irrational, patterns that keep repeating, relationships that feel complicated, or emotions that feel too old to belong only to this lifetime.

For others, it begins with curiosity. A quiet feeling of “I don’t know why, but I feel like I need to explore this.”

Past Life Regression is a gentle process. You remain conscious, aware and able to speak throughout, as we follow what the subconscious brings forward. The work isn’t about spectacle. It’s about understanding and relief.

When people understand themselves more clearly, things often begin to shift. Patterns soften, closure becomes possible and compassion grows.

Sessions are up to two hours.
Investment: £65

For anyone who feels called but unsure, I am offering an introductory session:
Investment: £30 (20–30 mins)

If you decide to continue to the full session afterwards, the remaining fee is £45.
